How soon can you start care?

Most families begin receiving care within days of their complimentary assessment. For urgent needs within 48 hours, call us directly at 314-708-8716. We maintain a small team of on-call caregivers for emergency situations when availability allows.

What are your minimum hour requirements?

Four or more visits per week: minimum 4 hours per visit. Three or fewer visits per week: minimum 6 hours per visit. This supports quality, consistent care and helps our care team learn your loved one's routines.

Do you serve my area?

We serve St. Louis, St. Charles, Chesterfield, Ballwin, St. Peters, O'Fallon, Wentzville, and communities throughout our Missouri service area. Not sure if we cover your location? Call us at 314-708-8716 and we will confirm.

How do you handle different stages of Alzheimer's or dementia?

We provide memory care at home, and our caregivers receive dementia-aware training for all stages of Alzheimer's and dementia. During your complimentary assessment, we evaluate specific needs and build an internal care plan so the team stays aligned. Learn more on our memory care page.

How do you screen your caregivers?

Every caregiver completes comprehensive background checks, interviews, and reference verification. Each caregiver completes our onboarding process, including professional training and ongoing supervision.

How much does quality home care cost in St. Louis?

We follow up after your assessment to discuss pricing, because every family's needs are different. We believe in fair, upfront pricing with no hidden fees. Most families find our rates competitive with other premium private-pay providers.

Does Medicare pay for in-home care?

No. Medicare does not pay for non-medical home care like ours. Medicare and Medicaid generally cover only skilled medical care ordered by a physician, which is a different service than the companionship and personal care we provide. Our families pay privately, and we also accept long-term care insurance. We walk you through costs and options during your complimentary assessment, so there are no surprises.

Will we get the same caregivers consistently?

We assign a care team trained on your loved one's internal care plan. You will often see familiar faces, but caregivers may rotate by schedule. The team stays aligned through consistent planning and supervision.

I've been burned in the past. What makes you different?

Direct owner access: you can reach us 24/7. No call centers; we answer personally. Premium caregiver compensation helps us attract and retain strong caregivers. Limited client capacity: we cap at 500 hours weekly to protect quality. Read family stories on our testimonials page.

What happens if there's a problem at 2 AM?

You have 24/7 access to our team. You will not be routed to a distant answering service. Someone who knows your situation can help. We also provide updates and maintain open communication with family members.

Are you bonded and insured?

Yes. We are bonded and insured. All caregivers undergo comprehensive background checks, reference verification, and ongoing training. We carry liability insurance for your peace of mind.

Do you accept insurance?

We currently accept long-term care insurance.
